The Obeya Scaling System and this supportive tool are under active development. Issues may occur. Any data entered is saved locally on your device and can optionally be shared.

The Obeya Scaling Scan is part of the Obeya Scaling System. This system provides organizations interconnected Obeyas that form a cohesive network for integrated management of strategic priorities and objectives.

The Obeya Scaling System is a key driver for:

Integrated alignment with strategic priorities and objectives for optimal focus
Transparent and streamlined governance for a structured and successful operation of the organization
Harmonized formats to support the quality of visual management and a cohesive network

The Obeya Scaling System follows a 3-step approach to help organizations shape their journey to a cohesive network of Obeyas. These steps are shown below. This tool supports the first step in this approach.

Validation Check

Task: Validate each condition below for your organization
Summit Instructions: Continue with the scan even if you do not validate all conditions

Obeya Scaling Conditions

There is commitment from senior management for Scaling Obeya.
There is a clear purpose for Scaling Obeya within your organization.
You have at least 3 Obeyas which are somehow correlated.
There is (an intention to create) a community of Obeya professionals.

Obeyas Expansion Level

Purpose: Identify the current level of expansion of Obeyas within your organization

Summit Instructions: Stick to a maximum of 3 Obeyas
